What:
Eden Housing will host National Night Out celebrations at over 160 of its affordable housing sites throughout California as way to promote safety and build a sense of community among residents.
Now in its 42nd year, National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch and co-sponsored by local police departments. Over 38 million people across the country are expected to participate in National Night Out efforts to strengthen partnerships between neighbors and local law enforcement agencies.
When:
Tuesday, August 5, between 11 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. (times vary)

- Alta Mira Family and Senior Housing in Hayward from 5 to 7 p.m.
- Cypress Gardens and Charles Apartments in Marina from 3 to 7 p.m.
- Light Tree Apartments in East Palo Alto from 5 to 7 p.m.
- Ohlone-Chynoweth Commons in San Jose from 5 to 8 p.m.
- Vivalon Healthy Aging in San Rafael from 5:30 – 8:30
- Vista Terrace Hills in San Ysidro from 3 to 6 p.m.
