Eden Housing to Celebrate National Night Out Across 160+ Affordable Housing Communities

– Events will be held on August 4, promoting neighborhood camaraderie and partnerships with local law enforcement agencies –
WHAT: Eden Housing will host National Night Out celebrations at over 160 of its affordable housing sites throughout California to promote safety and build a sense of community among residents.
Now in its 43rd year, National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch and co-sponsored by local police departments. Over 38 million people across the country are expected to participate in National Night Out efforts to strengthen partnerships between neighbors and local law enforcement agencies.
WHEN: Tuesday, August 4, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. (times vary, see below)
SIGNATURE LOCATIONS: Some of the best photo and interview opportunities will be at:
- Alta Mira Family and Senior Housing in Hayward from 5 to 7 p.m.
- Carlow Court in Dublin from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Downtown River in Petaluma from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Light Tree in East Palo Alto from 5 to 7 p.m.
- Mitchell Park Place in Palo Alto from 4 to 6 p.m.
