Eden Housing Celebrates the Groundbreaking of Light Tree Apartments’ Renovation

Upon completion, the renovated Light Tree Apartments will nearly double the number of affordable homes that exist on the site today, providing 185 affordable homes to low-income families, people with disabilities, formerly homeless individuals, and former foster youth.

Introducing Corsair Flats

Corsair Flats is one of Eden’s newest properties to welcome residents home. The property is home to seniors and veterans. We couldn’t have created 60 new homes without California Proposition 1, Housing Programs and Veterans’ Loans Bond (2018), the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, and our many partners.
After School Programs Adapt to the New Normal

Eden Housing Completes Transfer of South County Housing Portfolio
