The scope of work for rehabilitation of Del Nido Apartments included:
- Concrete unit masonry wall repairs
- Concrete paving upgrades to create accessible path of travel
- Built-up bituminous roofing, gutters, and downspouts
- Replacement current windows with vinyl windows
- Install passive fresh air ventilation
- ADA unit conversions
- Install bathroom and kitchen exhausts
- Replacement of 80% of the original furnaces
- Renovation and expansion of the existing property management space, community space and expanded laundry room to meet current TCAC standards; switch to electric hot water at community building
- Exterior paint on all buildings, new patio fencing and concrete slabs, asphalt replacement and new landscaping
- Dry rot repair
- Rehabilitation and expansion of the existing property management offices to accommodate a resident services space and a larger laundry room
- Install new mailboxes
- Major storm drain infrastructure installed
- Demolish existing storage units and replace with landscaping
