In January 2024, the County of Santa Clara selected Eden Housing and the Architects FORA/Engage FORA team via a competitive request for offers process. The project goal is to develop affordable and middle-income rental housing opportunities with an emphasis on providing housing for West Valley school district and DeAnza Community College employees.
