Eden Housing, with our development partner, SummerHill Homes, is excited to announce our newest housing development – Walnut Grove (formerly known as North 40 Market Hall) – situated in the “North 40” master development in Los Gatos, CA, located at the southeast intersection of Highways 17 and 85.

Walnut Grove Senior Housing 55+ will provide 49 1-bedroom units for seniors earning 30-50% of Area Median Income, and 1 2-bedroom manager’s unit. The 50 units will be situated on the 3rd and 4th floors above two stories of a “market hall” with a restaurant and retail spaces.

The Walnut Grove building is the centerpiece of North 40’s commercial district called The Junction, which will include additional commercial businesses and services.

Construction is anticipated to be completed in Fall 2022.

We are still accepting ONLINE APPLICATIONS for a limited time.

At least 1 member of the Household must be 55 or older at the time of application.

Applications received by Friday, August 26 at 5:00 pm will be entered into a lottery and will be contacted for an interview.

Applications received after Friday, August 26, 2022, @ 5:00 pm will be interviewed as apartments are available or placed on the waitlist for future vacancies.
