The Nystrom Village Redevelopment project is a proposed redevelopment located at Virginia Avenue and S. 13th Street in Richmond, CA.  The site is a four-block housing development situated between Florida and Virgina Ave (North to South) and South 13 St. and South 16 St. (East to West) in Richmond, CA 94804. The four-block area encompasses 9 acres and currently houses 51 wood frame duplexes built in 1941. The site has a mix of one hundred (100) 0-, 1- and 2-bedroom units.  This project is Phase I of multiple phases that borders a larger 9-acre existing public housing complex known as Nystrom Village.  The project will be designed by FORA Architects and jointly developed by Eden Housing and Community Housing Development Corporation.
