The 100% affordable housing development will be built alongside another project, Mulberry Gardens Senior Apartments, which will share some community spaces.

The Mulberry Gardens Projects have a variety of community amenities such as community room, management offices, mail and parcel room, laundry facilities, and a building maintenance shop. Outdoor open spaces create “loud” and “quiet” zones that will allow for a broad range of age-groups on site to engage in activities that suit their needs. The community is anchored by the pedestrian paseo between the two buildings, which includes seating and gathering spaces, a bocce ball court, and walking loop running along the property edges, including the sidewalks on Mulberry and Holding.
