The 100% affordable housing development will be built alongside another project, Mulberry Gardens Senior Apartments, and they will share some community spaces.

The Mulberry Gardens Projects have a variety of community amenities such as a community room, management offices, a mailroom, and laundry facilities. Outdoor open spaces create “loud” and “quiet” zones that will allow for a broad range of age-groups on site to engage in activities that suit their needs. The community is anchored by the pedestrian paseo between the Senior and Family buildings, which includes seating and gathering spaces and a walking loop running along the property edges.
