Granite Ridge Apartments is a new construction project located at the corner of Sequoia Road and Paseo Padre Parkway. Upon completion, Granite Ridge will be a community that 73 low-income families, including 15 households exiting homelessness, will call home. The property will include 32 one-bedroom, 22 two-bedroom, and 19 three-bedroom rental apartment homes. Units will be leased to households earning 20% to 60% of the area median income, equivalent to an annual income of $22,860 to $68,580 for a two-person household.
This community will enrich the greater Fremont area and represents the City’s steadfast commitment to ensuring all residents have a safe, affordable place to call home. It will serve as a beacon of opportunity, providing Eden’s robust resident services offerings- such as wellness, career, education, and financial literacy programming– to help ensure our residents succeed.
