Regional Street Apartments

Property Description

Eden Housing is proud to announce the start of construction on Regional Street Apartments, a five-story development in Dublin that will create 113 affordable homes specifically designed for seniors. The project will serve seniors aged 55 and older earning between 20% and 50% of the Alameda County Area Median Income. Notably, 34 units will be reserved for formerly homeless individuals, who will receive comprehensive supportive services, including mental health care, substance use treatment, and ongoing operational support. The project highlights Eden Housing’s growing presence in Dublin, complementing its existing portfolio of four properties, three of which already serve the senior community.

Located at 7750 St. Patrick Way in Dublin’s transit-oriented district, the 1.3-acre site offers exceptional accessibility to the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART station, as well as convenient connections to I-580 and I-680. Residents will also be within walking distance of retail, services, and local amenities, fostering a highly livable environment.

Regional Street Apartments will feature thoughtfully designed amenities to enhance residents’ quality of life, including open terraces on each residential floor, a community garden, and a pet relief area. Indoor amenities include a welcoming ground-floor lobby, a community room with a kitchen, and on-site laundry facilities.

Regional Street Apartments represents a collaborative effort between Eden Housing, the City of Dublin, and valued funding partners, including Wells Fargo, to address the critical need for affordable senior housing in the community.
