Property Description

Eden Housing and EPACANDO are proud to announce our latest affordable housing development at 851 Weeks Street in East Palo Alto.

Our project will provide up to 89 units of quality apartments for low-income seniors aged 62 and older, who earn between 35–60% of the County median income. The development will be located on a vacant lot near public transportation, health services, and the East Palo Alto Library.

Our project will incorporate green building features and energy efficiency measures to reduce environmental impacts and utility costs for residents. The design will also include amenities such as a community room, a laundry facility, a courtyard, and on-site parking.

To stay informed about the project and learn about future opportunities for community engagement, please join the project’s interest list via the sidebar on the right.

The project is currently in the preliminary stages of planning and design. We anticipate that construction will not start until early 2025, and the building will be completed in 2026.

This development is within the boundaries of the Ravenswood Business District / 4 Corners Specific Plan and will fulfill some of the affordable housing requirements for the Woodland Park Euclid Ave Improvements Project.
