Co‑developed by Eden Housing and The Unity Council, the project will deliver 75 units of permanently affordable housing for households earning up to 60% of the area median income (AMI), including 22 supportive housing units for formerly homeless veterans. The development also includes ground‑floor commercial space and a podium parking garage.
The project was acquired in 2020 for the express purpose of developing affordable housing. Situated on a 0.61‑acre site, the community features shared outdoor space, a community garden, laundry rooms, and resident amenities integrated throughout the podium and ground‑floor areas.
