Susie Criscimagna

Vice President of Real Estate Development

Susie Criscimagna is Vice President of Real Estate Development at Eden Housing, where she leads a team responsible for the development of affordable housing communities throughout Northern California. Since joining Eden in 2013, she has overseen the creation and preservation of housing serving families, seniors, people with disabilities, veterans, and individuals transitioning out of homelessness.

In her role, Susie guides a team managing all phases of the development process, including site acquisition, entitlements and environmental approvals, financing, design, construction, and lease-up. Her portfolio includes new construction, acquisition-rehabilitation, and joint venture developments with public, nonprofit, and private-sector partners.

Before joining Eden Housing, Susie was a housing researcher at the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, where she analyzed national housing trends and policy issues, with a focus on affordable housing, rental markets, green building, and mortgage finance.
