Eden Housing Welcomes Dianna Mastroianni as Director of Property Operations

HAYWARD, CA — Dianna Mastroianni joins Eden Housing as Director of Property Operations.  In her role, Dianna will hold responsibility for more than 280 staff members who support Eden’s more than 140 affordable housing communities throughout California.

“I’m elated to join the Eden Housing team in tackling affordable housing from all angles,” said Dianna Mastroianni. “Eden’s commitment to ensuring our properties look as good on the first day of their 50th year as they do on day one was one of the main drivers in my decision to join the organization.”

Dianna comes to Eden with over 30 years of both affordable and conventional property management experience.  After spending 17 years at EAH Housing where she held responsibility for property management, maintenance, resident services and compliance, Dianna relocated to North Carolina. There, she worked at Community Housing Partners as Vice President of Property Management.

“Dianna’s more than 30 year tenure in property management has well-positioned her for success at Eden Housing,” said Kasey Archey, Senior Vice President of Property Operations. “I am thrilled to welcome her to the team, and I’m excited to see her change the world, one corner at a time.”

Dianna is best known for her ability to create a work atmosphere that is highly focused on providing exceptional service by creating strong, extremely competent teams.   A strong believer in promoting internal team members she has created leadership and mentorship programs that have readied numerous team members to progress in their careers.
