Eden Housing Statement on Rocky Hill Incident

On January 30, there was a tragic incident at Rocky Hill Veterans Apartments that resulted in the loss of two lives. We offer our deepest sympathies to the families of the victims.
We cooperated with the Vacaville Polic Department, who apprehended the suspect without harm to staff or residents. The suspect and the victims were not on the apartment’s lease.
Our resident services team and property operations staff are on-site to assist residents. We are coordinating with case managers from Veterans Affairs and other service providers to ensure residents receive support during this difficult time. We also have dispatched our Employee Assistance Program to support our team.
We remain committed to serving the residents of Rocky Hill Veterans through this difficult time.
