What:
Eden Housing will host a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the beginning of construction of Goldfinch at Mulberry Gardens. The development is being built alongside Sparrow at Mulberry Gardens, an Eden Housing senior project, which is expected to complete construction in 2026. Goldfinch will be a four-story building with 149 units for low-income households in Riverside.

The Mulberry Gardens projects have many community amenities, including a community room, management offices, and laundry facilities. Outdoor open spaces combine active and quiet-use areas that will allow residents of all ages on site to engage in activities that are tailored to their preferences. Sparrow and Goldfinch will be linked by the pedestrian paseo between the two buildings, which includes seating and gathering spaces and a walking loop along the property edges.
