Eden Housing Celebrates Grand Re-Opening of Ridgeview Commons, Pleasanton’s Newly Renovated Senior Community

What: Eden Housing will be celebrating the grand re-opening of Ridgeview Commons, an affordable housing community for seniors, alongside partners, residents and elected officials. Originally built in 1989, the 200-unit project recently underwent a comprehensive $23.7 million renovation. Improvements include new heating and cooling systems, 20 ADA unit conversions, exterior repairs, new windows, updated community spaces and water-efficient landscaping.
Now fully leased, Ridgeview plays a vital role in advancing Pleasanton’s efforts to meet the increasing need for senior affordable housing.
