Eden Housing Celebrates Groundbreaking of Regional Street Apartments

Eden Housing is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on Regional Street Apartments, a new affordable housing community in Dublin, California. The 113-unit development is thoughtfully designed for seniors, featuring 55 studios, 57 one-bedroom apartments, and one manager’s unit. It will serve older adults earning between 20% and 50% of the Alameda County Area Median Income. Notably, 34 of the homes will be reserved for formerly homeless individuals, offering stability and supportive services tailored to their needs.

The project is a collaborative effort between Eden Housing, the City of Dublin and its funding partners.

Located at 7750 St. Patrick Way in Dublin’s transit-oriented district, the 1.3-acre site offers easy access to the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART station and convenient connections to I-580 and I-680. Residents will also be within walking distance of retail, services, and local amenities. The property will feature outdoor spaces with a community garden, open terraces, and pet areas as well as a community room and laundry facilities.
