Eden Housing Appoints Tim Green as its First General Counsel

Eden Housing announces the appointment of Tim Green to the position of General Counsel. Green is a general counsel and nonprofit executive with extensive experience in compliance, board governance, risk management, real estate, and working capital financing transactions.

Most recently, Green served as Vice President & General Counsel at RSF Social Finance, where he led corporate legal strategy and addressed legal issues across the organization. He also created and oversaw the nonprofits’ risk management plan.

“I look forward to advancing Eden Housing’s mission to create and sustain high-quality affordable housing communities that advance equity and opportunity for all,” said Green.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this newly created position provides legal services and support to many functional areas of the organization. It serves as the lead contact for all legal matters. In addition, the role oversees enterprise risk management and corporate compliance. Green will also sit on the Extended Leadership Team with other program and department heads.
