Eden Housing Appoints Jeffrey Moline as Vice President – Controller
HAYWARD, CA – Eden Housing announces the appointment of Jeffrey Moline as Vice President – Controller, effective July 12, 2021. Jeffrey is a highly accomplished affordable housing financial management executive. He has more than 12 years of experience in finance, accounting, and affordable housing development.
Most recently, Jeffrey served as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Finn Capital in San Mateo, where he directed Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology and Asset Management encompassing Controllership, Property Management, and Family Office. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Burbank Housing in Santa Rosa, and Controller at East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation in Oakland.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, Jeffrey will oversee all the activities of the corporate, development and property management accounting departments including corporate budgeting, monthly financial statements issuance, annual audit and tax return preparation, development cost accounting, accounts payable and treasury functions. He will hold responsibility for more than 30 staff members who support Eden’s accounting and finance functions.
