Eden Housing and EPACANDO to Host Grand Re-Opening and Ribbon Cutting of Nugent Square Apartments on March 15

What:

Eden Housing and EPACANDO are celebrating the grand re-opening of Nugent Square, a 32-affordable rental housing project based in East Palo Alto, California. The property, which was originally build it 2004, underwent an extensive, year-long renovation. Features include updated landscaping, a new play structure and bike room, and comprehensive interior upgrades to all apartments. Additionally, a new roof equipped with state-of-the-art solar panels and electric vehicle charging stations were installed.

The project serves families earning between 30% and 50% of the area median income, which is equivalent to an annual income of $44,610 and $74,350 for a two-person household.
