Eden Housing Completes Transfer of South County Housing Portfolio

Eden Housing recently completed its merger with South County Housing, resulting in the preservation of 1,695 affordable homes across 41 properties, located in the counties of Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey.
