What:
Eden Housing will host a Grand Re-Opening Ceremony for Downtown River Apartments post rehabilitation. Completed in September of 2025, the rehabilitation added six new units to the property while updating the existing 81 units. Originally built in 2005, Downtown River Apartments stands over a podium parking structure with three stories and a ground floor commercial space. Attractively situated adjacent to the Petaluma River in the City’s historic district, this building incorporates a river walk to allow residents and the community access to the riverfront.

About Downtown River Apartments:
The architecture mimics vintage multistory buildings with its façade broken into what appear from the outside to be individual buildings, complete with corner turrets. Amenities are abundant with shopping nearby, the theatre district, restaurants, parks, public transit and well rated schools. The complex includes a community room, computer lab, laundry and landscaped courtyard with sitting areas, basketball court and tot-lot. The open second floor riverside deck connects to the River Walk.
