Eden Housing Executive Transition

September 10, 2025

Eden Housing announced today that, after three years of dedicated service as Chief Operating Officer, Shola Olatoye will be departing Eden Housing effective September 22, 2025, to pursue the next chapter of her career.

Since joining Eden in 2022, Olatoye has brought deep expertise in housing and community development to the work of the organization and has played an important role in strengthening its operations and advancing its mission. During her tenure, she helped guide the creation of Eden’s five-year strategic plan, which included new business plans for property operations and resident services. She also expanded and enhanced many of the systems and processes, including emergency preparedness, that support Eden’s work, leaving the organization stronger and more resilient for the future.

“Shola has been an invaluable member of our executive team and a dedicated champion for the residents, staff and communities we serve,” said Eden Housing President and CEO Linda Mandolini. “We are grateful for her many contributions and her steady leadership over the past three years. On behalf of the entire Eden Housing community, we thank her for her service and wish her the very best in her next endeavor.”

In the coming months, the organization’s leadership team will work closely together to ensure a smooth transition and continued progress toward Eden’s mission of creating and maintaining high-quality, affordable housing for all.
