ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT CHERRY STREET COMMONS:

Cherry Street Commons has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the surrounding character of San Carlos, featuring Mediterranean-style architecture with tile inlays and decorative metalwork that enhance the sense of place. The development will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments arranged around a podium courtyard that offers outdoor gathering space and a small tot lot play area for children. Residents will also have access to a spacious community room with a kitchen and media area, on-site laundry facilities, and dedicated offices and meeting rooms to support services and programming.

Located on a walkable, transit-accessible site made available by the City of San Carlos, the project brings new life to underutilized land and advances the city’s commitment to affordable housing. Cherry Street Commons will be an all-electric development, supporting sustainability goals while providing a welcoming and functional space for families in need.
