  • Former Partner, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of SummerHill Homes and SummerHill Apartment Communities, part of the Marcus & Millichap real estate companies and in this role oversaw all new housing developments  in Northern California (2005-2020)
  • Entitled over 7,000 homes and 70+ housing projects in the San Francisco Bay Area

Katia is passionate about creating more housing of all types in the Bay Area and for ten years prior to joining SummerHill, she was with Greenbriar Homes Communities as Director of Development and led entitlements for the company’s Northern California assets.  Earlier in her career, she worked in the real estate group of Mobil Oil Corporation and at Continental Bank in Chicago.
