Parrott Street Apartments Breaks Ground

Parrott Street Apartments will provide 62 new affordable homes to low-income residents in the City of San Leandro.

Eden Housing celebrated the Groundbreaking of Parrott Street Apartments on Friday, June 12.

A successful California makes room for all of us to live here. Parrott Street Apartments will provide 62 new affordable homes to low-income families and individuals in the City of San Leandro. Half of these homes will be designated for individuals and families exiting homelessness, including 25 homes for formerly homeless veterans.

Thank you to all of Eden’s incredible partners for making this community a reality: City of San Leandro, Alameda County, Housing Authority of Alameda County, Bank of America, Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, Lowney Architecture, BBI Construction, CCRC, and the Home Depot Foundation.
