Edenvale was built specifically for developmentally disabled adults with a nod to the craftsman style, including large windows and exterior in multiple earth tones. Surrounded by Eden Palms housing on three sides, Edenvale was created to maximize access for all of its residents, including those with limited mobility, and to enable social interaction within the larger community. Two-bedroom apartments are available to allow a helper or family member to cohabitate with residents.

On-site supportive services are provided by Housing Choices Coalition. Resident coordination services include community development programming, property management and facilitation in accessing supportive health, mental health, transportation and vocational services.

Amenities include a large community room that opens onto a pleasant courtyard, with BBQ and picnic areas, laundry room, and an onsite services room with computers for residents’ use. The community is also located near public transportation, shopping, and neighborhood parks.
