Property Description

Located on the corner of La Avenida Avenue and Armand Drive, La Avenida Apartments is a new apartment community that will enhance the North Bayshore area and advance Mountain View’s vision for a vibrant neighborhood that is affordable to all income levels. In this excellent location across the street from Microsoft’s redesigned offices, we will build an affordable multifamily residential building that will provide 100 affordable rental apartments for individuals and families earning between 30% and 60% of the area median income.

By bringing affordable homes to Mountain View, La Avenida Apartments will ensure that the lower-income workforce, people with disabilities, and seniors on fixed incomes continue to live and work in the City and will help balance the jobs to housing ratio in the North Bayshore area. The development also seeks to address the homelessness crisis by providing permanent supportive housing to individuals experiencing homelessness in Mountain View.

The ground level of the building office space for resident and supportive services staff who will provide a myriad of services – such as health and wellness, career, education, and financial literacy programming – to help ensure our residents succeed in their new homes. Amenity spaces will include a community room that opens onto a landscaped open space, a computer room, laundry facilities, and secure bicycle parking rooms with a space for every unit.
