Eden Housing Welcomes Diane Paisley as Director of Human Resources

HAYWARD, CA – Hayward based nonprofit developer Eden Housing announces the hiring of Diane Paisley as Director of Human Resources. Ms. Paisley will oversee Eden’s payroll, benefits, and recruiting teams.

Ms. Paisley received a M.S. in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in Spanish at the University of Idaho. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Ms. Paisley has over 20 years of Human Resources experience acquired from working in several organizations ranging in size from start-ups of 120 employees to multi-billion-dollar enterprises. She has worked in the hospitality, manufacturing, high-tech and low-tech industries. In her career she progressed to senior and executive leadership positions in which she has individually, and with direct reports, provided a full range of Human Resources services.

“I’m excited to streamline what is done behind the scenes, and to implement smoother processes in order to provide the best service to Eden’s employees,” Ms. Paisley said. “Especially during this unprecedented time of the COVID-19 pandemic, employees need assistance and support in applying for the various programs being offered throughout the state.”

While Ms. Paisley has served on the boards of various nonprofit organizations, including La Cocina and University of San Francisco’s Hospitality Department, her work at Eden Housing marks her first role in the nonprofit sector.

“We are elated to have Diane join Eden’s Human Resources Team,” said Lisa Rydholm, Eden’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. “Diane’s demonstrated expertise in maximizing performance, efficiency, and competence of individuals and teams across multiple industries will prove invaluable as she leads the Payroll, Benefits, and Recruitment Teams.”
